Graham is actively recruiting for a Systems Project Coordinator to support the OMC4 project within the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Systems Senior Project Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical (MEP) construction activities, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with project design and construction standards. The Systems Project Coordinator facilitates reviews, resolves conflicts across disciplines, and supports documentation, scheduling, and quality processes to keep the project on track.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Coordinate Systems Activities: Support mechanical and electrical (MEP) construction activities, manage subcontractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with design and construction standards
  • Manage Documentation & Tracking: Monitor design submittals, RFIs, FMIs, and WMS; maintain records in InEight and Fieldwire to avoid schedule impacts
  • Facilitate Issue Resolution: Work with subcontractors, suppliers, client, and Engineer of Record to expedite reviews and resolve conflicts across disciplines
  • Support Quality & Safety Processes: Coordinate configuration items, quality reviews, progress reports, and ensure adherence to project safety requirements
  • Assist with Financial & Schedule Updates: Help manage subcontractor progress draws, invoice reviews, and update project schedule progress

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Engineering degree or equivalent technical training with 3–5 years of related experience
  • Skills: Strong understanding of MEP systems, quality management processes, ability to read technical drawings, proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD,
  • Bluebeam, Revit, InEight, and Fieldwire is an asset
  • Experience: Proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule and budget; familiarity with electrical systems and rail infrastructure is a plus

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $80,000 to $115,000 per annum
  • Salary will commensurate with education and experience
  • Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan
  • 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
