Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Manager supporting the Buildings group. The Quality Manager plays a key role in leading and implementing the Graham Quality Management System (QMS) while supporting project teams and business unit objectives.


This role is accountable for planning, leadership, coordination, and management of Quality processes and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and the successful delivery of quality outcomes across projects. 

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Lead the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the Graham Quality Management System (QMS) at the Business Unit level, ensuring effective project closeout and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements. 
  • Develop, implement, and refine Quality processes, protocols, documentation, and performance standards to support project execution and operational excellence.
  • Establish, monitor, and communicate leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular status reporting and recommendations to executives and project steering committees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, joint‑venture partners, subcontractors, suppliers, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development support to junior Quality Managers and Quality team members while contributing to Quality budgeting and organizational planning.

 

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience, with a minimum High School Diploma required; trade certification, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive Quality experience, including completion of large‑scale projects as a Quality Manager and/or experience managing a complex organizational QMS. Previous hospital experience is considered a strong asset. 
  • Skills: Strong technical proficiency in Quality systems and standards, including ISO 9001, ASME, CWB, auditing practices, data analysis, and applicable legislation, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $135,000 to $150,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
