Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Coordinator supporting the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator supports project teams within the Buildings Division by assisting with project coordination, reporting, and quality functions. This role supports the execution of construction projects through the application of Graham’s Quality Management Systems (QMS).

 

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams with day-to-day project quality coordination, reporting, and documentation.
  • Implement and maintain the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across the project site.
  • Conduct site inspections, field verifications, and quality audits for self-performed and subcontracted work to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Track, manage, and support the resolution of deficiencies, including Field Surveillance Reports (FSRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Coordinate quality-related activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and third-party inspectors, including quality orientations and pre-installation meetings

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; Journeyman Trade Certification or a degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, with 1–4 years of related experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar construction‑based role. Experience working on healthcare construction projects is considered an asset
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of construction project fundamentals, quality management systems (QMS), inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software
  • Core Capabilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third parties while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $60,000 to $70,000 per annum
  • Salary will commensurate with education and experience
  • Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan
  • 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
