Your Impact Starts Here
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Lead Project Delivery: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and close-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Drive Financial & Schedule Performance: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, change management processes, and milestone tracking while proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
- Manage Contracts & Stakeholder Relationships: Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, change orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, and suppliers
- Champion Safety & Quality Excellence: Ensure implementation of Project Specific Safety and Quality Plans, monitor KPIs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and promote Graham's Actively Caring and Road to Zero culture
- Lead & Develop Project Teams: Build, mentor, and support high-performing project teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across project stakeholders
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a general contracting environment delivering commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects. Experience managing projects up to $50M is considered an asset
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of project planning, contract administration, procurement, cost control, forecasting, risk management, scheduling, quality management, and change management
- Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, scheduling software, and construction management tools
Compensation
- Salary Range: $102,000 to 120,000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
- Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
