Graham is actively recruiting an HSE Supervisor to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager, the HSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, Graham's Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management System, and client-specific safety requirements across a diverse portfolio of civil and infrastructure projects.

As a key member of the HSE leadership team, you will provide leadership and direction to Senior HSE Coordinators and project teams, champion a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with operations leadership to deliver safe, compliant, and successful project outcomes.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead and mentor Senior HSE Coordinators supporting infrastructure projects across Western Canada.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company standards, and client safety requirements.
  • Drive safety culture, behavioural safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to reduce risk and improve performance.
  • Partner with project leadership to support the safe delivery of civil, transportation, utility, and heavy construction projects.

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, with a safety designation (NCSO, CRSP, CSP, or equivalent. 5+ years of HSE experience, including construction and supervisory leadership experience.

Technical & Project Skills: Strong knowledge of OH&S/OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, incident investigations, and HSE management systems

Core Competencies: Proven leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced project environment

 

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Salary Range $105,000 to $120,000 per annum
  • Salary will commensurate with education and experience
  • Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan
  • 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experienceLI-ONSITE #LI-FULLTIME
