Graham is actively recruiting a Utilities Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting project leadership with coordination, scheduling, contract management, and reporting on a complex transit project in Toronto involving multiple heavy rail lines and stakeholders.  

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Coordinate and manage utility locates and utility-related activities across multiple projects
  • Support project delivery through scheduling updates, progress reporting, and risk assessment
  • Assist with change management, including change notices, scope tracking, and project documentation
  • Support contract administration, pricing, and procurement of utility-related subcontractors
  • Promote health and safety compliance by maintaining safety records, supporting the PSSP, and monitoring HSE performance

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience: 4+ years of project coordination experience, with prior utilities coordination on a heavy rail or transit project preferred
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/project management software

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $75,000 to $95,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
