At Graham, we're building bench strength through this Expression of Interest (EOI) evergreen requisition to support upcoming Water and Wastewater projects across Ontario. This opportunity is designed to proactively connect with Project Coordinator professionals at various experience levels who are passionate about building what matters. By joining our talent pipeline, you'll be considered for future opportunities supporting the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects that strengthen communities.

 

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting Project Managers and Superintendents, contributing to the successful delivery of projects from planning through execution.  

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Supporting project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking, including timelines, labor, and material quantities.
  • Coordinating project documentation, such as drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
  • Assisting with or managing change events, including the preparation and tracking of change notices and scope adjustments.
  • Documenting meetings and providing regular updates, including minutes, action items, and progress reports.
  • Supporting safety and quality processes, including assistance with safety plan reviews and quality control activities

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 2–10 years of direct construction experience. Previous experience working for a general contractor is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling and project management software; familiarity with construction project systems, practices, and processes (InEight experience is an asset).

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $85,000 to $95,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
