Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to support the Ontario Region (including both infrastructure and buildings projects). Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director, this role defines and documents processes, provides strategic support to operations and project teams, monitors risks to improve project execution, and leads, mentors, and develops a team of Project Controls professionals.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Build and Mentor Team – Hire and develop Project Controls professionals.
- Standardize Processes – Define and implement project controls systems and procedures.
- Lead Project Controls Planning – Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and document management.
- Monitor Risks and Performance – Identify issues, drive improvements, and escalate when needed.
- Provide Expert Guidance – Support project teams with accurate data and strategic advice.
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years in Project Controls within a General Contracting environment, with expertise in systems implementation and risk management.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and document management; proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and InEight modules
Compensation
- Salary Range $150,000 to $196,000 per annum
- Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
- Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
