Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director, this role defines and documents processes, provides strategic support to operations and project teams, monitors risks to improve project execution, and leads, mentors, and develops a team of Project Controls professionals.  

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

• Build and Mentor Team – Hire and develop Project Controls professionals.
• Standardize Processes – Define and implement project controls systems and procedures.
• Lead Project Controls Planning – Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and document management.
• Monitor Risks and Performance – Identify issues, drive improvements, and escalate when needed.
• Provide Expert Guidance – Support project teams with accurate data and strategic advice.

The Right Tools for the Job 

• Education: Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 15+ years in Project Controls within a General Contracting environment, with expertise in systems implementation and risk management.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and document management; proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and InEight modules

Compensation

• Salary Range $150,000 to $196,000 per annum
• Salary will commensurate with education and experience
• 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
