Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Controls Lead to support the Ontario Region (including both infrastructure and buildings projects). Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, this role defines and documents processes, provides strategic support to operations and project teams, monitors risks to improve project execution, and leads, mentors, and develops a team of Project Controls professionals.  

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Manage Risk – Work with the team on Quantitative Risk Analysis/Assessments (QCRA, QSRA) for heavy rail projects.
  • Standardize Processes – Define and implement project controls systems and procedures.
  • Lead Project Controls Planning – Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and document management.
  • Monitor Project Performance – Identify issues, drive improvements, and escalate when needed.
  • Provide Expert Guidance – Support project teams with accurate data and strategic advice

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in Project Controls within a General Contracting environment, with expertise in systems implementation and risk management.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and document management; proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and InEight modules

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $120,000 to $130,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
