Your Impact Starts Here 

Graham is actively recruiting a Construction Manager for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Director, this role provides overall leadership for large transit projects. The construction manager will oversee projects, lead a team of 15+, and manage all phases from design input and procurement to execution and close-out.  

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead Site Operations - Oversee planning, coordination, safety, quality, and subcontractor management for large transit projects.
  • Manage Full Project Lifecycle - Direct all phases from preconstruction and design input to execution and close-out
  • Supervise and Mentor Teams - Lead a team of 15+, onboard supervisors, and maintain productivity.
  • Ensure Safety, Quality, and Risk Control - Enforce safety and quality plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders - Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to secure resources and resolve issues.

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Journeyman Trade; Gold Seal or P.Eng. preferred.
  • Experience: 20+ years in construction management, including large-scale projects and alternative delivery models.
  • Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling/project management software.

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $164,000 to $195,000 per annum
  • Salary will commensurate with education and experience
  • 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
