Graham is actively recruiting a Senior Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role focuses on delivering major infrastructure projects within the GO Metrolinx Corridor by coordinating civil works and complex utility interfaces, while ensuring alignment with project schedules, stakeholder requirements, and corridor access constraints. The ideal candidate brings strong Metrolinx project experience, along with proven technical, communication, and organizational skills  

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Coordinate Civil Works & Utilities: Lead coordination of civil construction activities and complex utility relocations within active rail corridors, ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
  • Manage Corridor Access & Work Planning: Develop and manage corridor access plans, including staging, sequencing, and integration with ongoing rail operations.
  • Drive Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Metrolinx, contractors, consultants, and utility owners to ensure project alignment and effective communication across all parties.
  • Oversee Utility Coordination & Conflict Resolution: Identify utility conflicts, manage relocations, and track locates, drawings, and field investigations to maintain project progress.
  • Monitor Progress & Mitigate Risks: Track project performance, identify risks, support permitting and approvals, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep work on schedule

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project coordination experience within infrastructure, transit, or rail projects, with strong exposure to Metrolinx or active rail corridor environments and utilities coordination.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of civil construction, utility coordination, and corridor access planning; proficiency with Bluebeam and experience with drawings, locates, and stakeholder coordination in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

 

Compensation

  • Salary Range $90,000 to $110,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
