Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Planner & Scheduler to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Planning & Scheduling Director, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for complex projects. Key accountabilities include preparing three‑week look‑aheads, producing advanced schedule performance reports and dashboards, supporting change management, cash flow, and extension‑of‑time claims, conducting complex delay analyses, and mentoring junior planners.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for complex projects using Critical Path Methodology
- Produce schedule updates, three‑week look‑aheads, and clear schedule performance reports and dashboards
- Perform delay analysis and support extension‑of‑time claims, including critical path and variance analysis
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align schedules with execution plans
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to bid planning, change management, and cash flow forecasting
The Right Tools for the Job
Education & Experience: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, with 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience on complex civil, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects
Skills & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling, with strong capability in schedule analysis, reporting, and delay analysis
Core Competencies: Proven ability to manage complex schedules, assess risk and variances, and communicate schedule impacts clearly to project teams and stakeholders
