Graham is actively recruiting a Student Accounting Clerk to support the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Operations Accountant, this role provides transactional support for project activities including time entry, subcontract administration, LEMS, and owner billings. The Student Accounting Clerk will collaborate closely with Operations Project Teams to support internal and external client needs.  

 

This is a Monday to Friday work from our office located in Packham Ave.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Perform high-volume daily entry and data uploads into SAP, including auditing labor and equipment to ensure compliance with owner requirements, enabling agreements, and labor standards.
  • Track, manage, and follow up on timecard submissions and authorizations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support subcontract administration activities, including invoice processing and related documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of supporting documentation for LEMS and owner billings.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Project Teams to support project accounting activities while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree, diploma, or certificate program in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous accounting, administrative, or data entry experience through a co‑op, internship, or part‑time role is an asset.
  • Skills: Proficiency with systems and technology (including Excel)
