This a night, 14/7 temporary work schedule in Aspen Power Station within the Aspen Parkland Ecoregion, SK.

Graham is actively recruiting for an HSE Coordinator supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager, the HSE Coordinator plays a key role in supporting safe, compliant project execution by guiding workers, monitoring site conditions, and ensuring consistent implementation of the HSE Management System.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead on-site safety activities, including inspections, hazard assessments, and correction of unsafe conditions
  • Support and monitor the HSE Management System across multiple project sites to ensure compliance and consistent implementation
  • Provide training and coaching to workers and supervisors in BBS, FLRA, and project-specific safety requirements
  • Compile and report HSE data, including safety statistics, incident investigations, and trend analysis
  • Advise and collaborate with project leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Postsecondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, trade certification, and relevant work experience
  • Certifications: National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or The Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) certification is required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of HSE field experience, ideally within industrial or commercial construction
  • Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
