Graham is actively recruiting for a Site People & Culture Assistant to support the Richmond Hospital Redevelopment Project. Reporting to the Project Team Director, this role provides administrative support with a focus on training, development, and onboarding for staff and trades joining the project, which will expand emergency services, operating rooms, and increase bed capacity.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Coordinate training and onboarding: Book rooms, schedule sessions, maintain training records, and assist with onboarding documentation
- Manage administrative tasks: Take meeting minutes, update member lists, issue/deactivate ID badges, and oversee welcome packages
- Support e-learning and systems: Set up new hires in Global E-Training and upload training materials to team folders
- Maintain accurate records: Manage Alliance master list and ensure updates are shared promptly
- Assist with scheduling and team support: Organize calendars and schedule meetings for People & Culture and project leads
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Formal education in Business Administration or Human Resources (preferred)
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including MS Teams), and knowledge of meeting room technology
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in an administrative role, with demonstrated ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service
Compensation
- Salary Range $48,000 to $65,000 per annum
- Salary will commensurate with education and experience
- Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan
- 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
