Graham is actively recruiting for a Quality Specialist (Civil Background) to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role oversees quality control for all Shop and Field fabrication/construction, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. The position also supports the development of quality processes and provides advanced guidance to QC Inspectors. 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

• Manage quality control for all Shop and Field fabrication/construction to meet company, client, and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement quality plans, risk assessments, and inspection/test protocols (ITPs)
• Maintain documentation, including audits, turnover packages, and compliance records
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams and QC Inspectors; resolve quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement, liaising with authorities and recommending program enhancements

The Right Tools for the Job 

• Education: Diploma or degree in a related field; knowledge of provincial regulations and MEP inspections is an asset
• Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to manage quality plans, audits, and documentation
• Experience: 5–7 years in quality management within construction, with demonstrated technical expertise and leadership
