  • Define, document, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, and systems within the area of specialization, ensuring consistent application and adherence to Graham standard practices across projects and operations
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex project controls issues, supporting operations groups and project teams by identifying projects at risk, addressing performance gaps, and escalating concerns to leadership as required
  • Monitor evolving operational requirements and industry practices, identify improvement opportunities, manage an improvement roadmap, and lead initiatives that enhance systems, processes, and overall project performance
  • Support project teams with project controls planning, including budgeting, scheduling, quantity tracking, document management, and KPI development, while providing reliable information to enable informed financial and operational decision‑making

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education & Experience: Diploma or university degree (Construction or Engineering preferred) with 5–10+ years of experience in construction and project controls, including hands‑on use of cost control, scheduling, planning, and document management systems
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong business process and systems expertise within Project Controls, with proficiency in MS Office, Project Controls software, P6, and familiarity with InEight Project Suite considered an asset; able to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Leadership & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, collaborate across Operations and Corporate Services, communicate effectively at all levels, and apply strong financial and business judgment to support informed project decision‑making
