About The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to the Large Projects team during pursuit, planning and pre-construction phases. This will include both traditional coordination and administrative duties in contracts, proposals, procurement, design coordination, scheduling and quantity surveying for large scale ICI projects between $150 million and $500+ million in value.

 

As a Senior Project Coordinator at Graham you will:

  • Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to proposals, procurment and coordination between schedulers, estimators and design sepcialists in addition to other administrative duties during the pursuit and pre-construction of major projects

  • Attend planning meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project and RFP deliverables/decisions

  • Monitor project pursuit and business development plan while identifying deliverables and maintaining milestones in the proposal and pre-construction schedules, optimise and/or develope project scope, and present to the senior managers when required

  • Provide timely progress reports to team

  • Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, scopes of work and procurement

  • Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions

  • Coordinate with client and other stakeholders during the pre-construction process, including big-room meetings, site visits and during the interview process as needed

  • Assist with the review and coordination of project-specific safety plan

  • Ensure implementation of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) when required

  • Assist with the internal management process and coordination of various shared services staekholders including scheduling, BIM, commercial management, quality, etc.

 

Qualifications/experience:

  • Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management or related field experience is required

  • 4+ years of experience within a General Contracting environment, working on complex ICI or hi-rise residential projects.

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

  • Proficient using scheduling and project management software
