Your Impact Starts Here 

Graham is seeking expressions of interest from motivated Estimators to join our talent pipeline for future opportunities for the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, this role supports project pursuits by applying standardized estimating processes and tools. The Estimator is responsible for determining project scopes, accurately quantifying and costing, managing deadlines, and interpreting tender documents while collaborating effectively with internal teams and industry partners.  

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

• Prepare and manage accurate estimates using company-standard tools for all scopes, labor, and materials.
• Optimize project plans by analyzing design, constructability, and recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Develop bid strategies and mitigate risk to improve competitiveness and identify savings opportunities.
• Lead estimating process meetings to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Review subcontractor bids for completeness and compliance with project requirements.

The Right Tools for the Job 

• Education: Diploma or degree in construction or engineering; certifications like Gold Seal or LEED are assets.
• Experience: 2–10 years in field and estimating, with knowledge of design-build and procurement methods.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Primavera, and tools like InEight, Bluebeam, or OnScreen Takeoff.
  
  

Compensation

• Salary Range $101,000 to $114,000 per annum
• Salary will commensurate with education and experience
• 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience
