About the Role 

 

US Industrial Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a qualified Timekeeper.  This position will be located in Superior, WI. Reporting to the Site Manager, the position will provide routine transactional reporting for the following processes on a global basis.

 

As a Timekeeper at Graham, you will:

 

  • Process Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Order to Cash
  • Procure to Pay
  • Record to Report
  • Process full cycle Payroll (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/off-cycle payroll in both payroll and HR systems)
  • Ensure all payroll related information requests are applied within a reasonable time frame
  • Interpret and review reports to determine appropriate employee hours/pay for processing
  • Review various garnishment notices to determine appropriate action
  • Resolve all queries quickly and effectively
  • Complete Fixed Asset Reporting
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Perform responsibilities related to timekeeping
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • High School diploma + 2 yrs of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • 2 years of payroll experience in a union environment, 1 year of administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to be onsite at Client location, when required
  • Comply with standard pre-employment DISA background check, hair follicle, and 10 panel drug screen.
  • Physically able, with or without accommodation, to work in indoor and outdoor environments with uneven terrain
  • Ability to work in variable environmental conditions include heat, dust, noise, and chemicals

Ability to conduct field work and wearing associated personal protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses/googles, safety shoes/boots, hard hat, and hearing protection
