Summary
Reporting to the Manager of IT Provisioning and Site Services, the IT Provisioning Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations at Graham Corporate Headquarters in Calgary. This IT Lab and Distribution Facility services our Graham sites and branch office across Canada.
This position is located in Calgary and requires full-time, on-site presence.
As an IT Provisioning Coordinator at Graham, you will work with our team on the following tasks:
- Receiving and cataloging new and used IT Hardware shipped from vendors, jobsites and branch offices
- Shipping and receiving equipment to/from job sites and branch offices. This will include, but not limited to, picking, packing and shipping of IT Hardware, and the coordination of pickup times with various shipping companies
- Maintaining a variety of computer equipment; performing diagnostic tests, modify, refurbish or repair hardware
- Preparing RMAs for equipment repair and/or replacement
- Preparation and imaging of laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and network hardware
- Preparation of hardware for retirement, recycling and donation
- Responsible for keeping the lab environment clean and organized
- Responsible for ensuring inventory min/max levels are at an acceptable level by notifying the team when stock levels drop
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent and/or some post-secondary in the computer related field
- CompTIA and/or A+ certification are assets but not required
- Prior experience in a shipping/receiving capacity, utilizing various technologies
- Understanding of the tracking of parts and repair inventory systems, problem system tracking, and troubleshooting methodologies required
- Understanding of enterprise applications such as Active Directory, MS Entra, MS Intune, Apple Business Manager, SAP, etc
- Experience in a hardware support capacity in a user-oriented environment. Background in the installation, testing and troubleshooting of hardware
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Must be able handle moderate to heavy pieces of equipment (lift up to 50 lbs)
