Graham is actively recruiting for a HSE Coordinator supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the HSE Coordinator serves as the on‑site safety advisor and primary safety expert, providing guidance to the project team while managing client interactions, safety reporting, and mentorship of HSE staff. In this role, the Coordinator also supports the Industrial Division by delivering safety updates, overseeing documentation, and ensuring effective collaboration with both internal partners and external stakeholders.
This is a temporary position from June 10, 2026 - Nov 18, 2026 (could be extended based on project needs). The shift is 14/7, 10 hour days.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Lead on‑site HSE operations, including safety orientations and worker training
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support incident investigations, reporting, and monthly safety trend analysis
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, SDS, and emergency materials
- Serve as the main HSE contact for clients and regulatory bodies, providing updates and resolving issues
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education & Certifications: High school diploma plus a college/technical diploma; Health & Safety certification or designation considered an asset
- Experience: 3–5 years in safety or a related field, with demonstrated capability to manage others
- Skills Required: Strong understanding of HSE management systems and general constructability; ability to lead and mentor; proficiency with MS Office and online reporting tools
