Graham is actively recruiting for a Master Data Coordinator supporting the Corporate Services Division.

 

Reporting to Site Manager, the Master Data Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with various departments such as reliability, engineering, operations, maintenance, supply management and the warehouse to ensure efficient flow of all materials.

 

This is a full time, fly in fly out position located at out CNRL Horizon Project Site, on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

 

  • Create, update, and maintain Inventory Material item numbers by working with Business Units and validating documentation.
  • Manage Assets and Locations, including creation, modification, and field verification across Business Units.
  • Perform field verification of Inventory Materials to ensure accuracy of in‑situ and stocked items.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Planning & Scheduling, Purchasing, Inventory Data Analysts, Reliability Engineers) to support material accuracy, IMCR requests, and BOM updates.
  • Support projects and Sustaining Capital by creating required Inventory Materials, Assets, and Locations for new or ongoing initiatives.

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

 

  • Education: 4+ years’ of professional experience in material coordinating
  • Experience in logistics and materials coordination is required
  • Software: Intermediate computer skill with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
