Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Manager supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is responsible for delivering complex projects from estimate through close‑out. This role brings together strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and people leadership to drive safe, high‑quality, and profitable project outcomes. - Build, lead, and develop high‑performing project teams: selecting key personnel, mentoring project managers and superintendents, setting clear expectations, and creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a senior point of contact to resolve issues proactively, maintain strong partnerships, and ensure alignment with project objectives and broader business unit strategy
- Champion health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) by leading safety culture, ensuring implementation of project‑specific safety and quality programs, complying with regulatory requirements, and driving measurable HSEQ performance outcomes
