Graham is actively recruiting for a HSE Administrator supporting the Industrial Division. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the HSE Administrator plays a key part in supporting Operations by maintaining HSE management system administrative controls, including document filing, system setup, updates, and online reporting. The HSE Administrator is also responsible for entering and supporting monthly statistical reporting, with a primary focus on Health and Safety and additional support across Environment and Quality as required.
This is a temporary position from May 19, 2026 - Nov 18, 2026 (could be extended based on project needs). The shift is Monday to Friday, 10 hour days.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
As an HSE Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support and maintain HSE management systems, including administrative controls, document set‑up, updates, filing, and online reporting to ensure compliance with corporate HSE and Quality standards
- Manage HSE document control and records, maintaining accurate digital files through SharePoint and supporting audit‑ready documentation
- Prepare and maintain HSE metrics and reports, including entering statistical data and producing KPI and training reports with charts and graphs for monthly reporting
- Coordinate with Operations and project teams, providing day‑to‑day HSE administrative support, communicating applicable legislation, and responding to operational requirements as directed
- Provide on‑site and remote HSE support, including travel to project sites as required and assisting with additional HSE‑related tasks to support safe and compliant operations
The Right Tools for the Job
Education & Credentials: High school diploma plus completion of a college or technical diploma program; Health & Safety certification or designation is considered an asset
Experience: Previous experience in health & safety or a related field, with a working understanding of HSE management systems and general constructability
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and online reporting tools, including the ability to manage digital document control and reporting through SharePoint
