Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Salary- $30.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience

As a Mechanical Foreman at Moltz Construction Inc., you will:

 

  • Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades, and oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower
  • Accountable for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards
  • Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope
  • Bring problems to the attention of the Safety Manager or Human Resources
  • Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
  • Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials
  • Plans and develops construction techniques and methods such as temporary structures, materials handling, crew size and deployment, equipment requirements, and task sequences

 

 Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform, extraneous physical labor under adverse field conditions
  • Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination
  • Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule
  • Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities in tough situations
