About the Role:
Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for an Equipment Operator to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, CO. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As an Operator at Moltz, you will:

• Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site construction and water/ water plants.
• Follows daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refers defects or needed repairs to the supervisor; cleans equipment.
• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Ability to receive and give both verbal and visual communication. 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and climb all day.
• Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move items up to 75 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary- $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience
