About the Role:

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Foreman to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Henderson Mill, located in Parshall, Colorado, near Silverthorne. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Foreman at Moltz, you will:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; perform manual work in preparing surfaces for paving
• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, and loaders, or supervise equipment operators
• Ensure equipment is operated efficiently, maintained, and repaired as needed
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards

 Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus
• Several years of experience in construction with concrete, with a proven track record of leadership
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and knowledge of earthwork techniques
• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary- $38.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience
• $0.00 Premium Health Care, Vision, and Dental options are available
• 401(k) plan upon eligibility
• Per diem and onsite housing available
• On the job training and rapid career advancement for those with the drive and skill set
• Guaranteed 40-hour weeks with OT as necessary
