Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior HSE Coordinator supporting the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager the Senior HSE Coordinator serves as the on‑site safety lead and primary safety expert, providing guidance to the project team while managing client interactions, safety reporting, and mentorship of HSE staff. In this role, the Senior HSE Coordinator also supports the Infrastructure Division by delivering safety updates, overseeing documentation, and ensuring effective collaboration with both internal partners and external stakeholders.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

• Lead on‑site HSE operations, including safety orientations and worker training
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support incident investigations, reporting, and monthly safety trend analysis
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, SDS, and emergency materials
• Serve as the main HSE contact for clients and regulatory bodies, providing updates and resolving issues

The Right Tools for the Job 

• Education & Certifications: High school diploma plus a college/technical diploma; Health & Safety certification or designation considered an asset
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in safety or a related field, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams. Experience in bridge, roadbuilding, concrete, water and wastewater infrastructure projects is considered an asset.
• Skills Required: Strong understanding of HSE management systems and general constructability; ability to lead and mentor; proficiency with MS Office and online reporting tools
