Graham is actively recruiting a Quality Manager to support the Infrastructure Group. Reporting to the Quality Director. This role is accountable for leading the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Graham Quality Management System (QMS) at the Project level. The Quality Manager oversees all quality processes and programs within the assigned Project(s), ensuring timely delivery of quality initiatives, compliance with regulatory and QMS audit requirements, and continuous improvement through KPI management, lessons learned, and best practices. The role involves developing and maintaining QMS documentation, supporting stakeholder relationships, and managing and mentoring junior Quality Managers and team members.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead the implementation and effectiveness of the Graham Quality Management System (QMS) at the Business Unit or project level
  • Oversee quality processes, programs, and regulatory compliance, including audits, supplier quality, and project closeout requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI development, performance reporting, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, serving as a senior quality advisor
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Quality team members, supporting multiple business units or divisions depending on level

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma required; trade certification, diploma, or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with 10 years of progressive quality management experience depending on level, including delivery on large‑scale construction projects or enterprise QMS environments
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certified
  • Technical & Quality Expertise: Strong technical proficiency in Quality Management Systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ASME, CWB, regulatory compliance, auditing, KPI development, and data analysis, with the ability to manage and improve complex QMS programs autonomously
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor quality teams, build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicate clearly at all organizational levels, and apply sound judgment to proactively manage quality risks and performance
