Graham is actively recruiting for a Proposal Coordinator supporting our Services Division. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the role plays a key role in leading moderately complex initiatives that span departments and support mid-sized systems or proposals. The incumbent will plan, conduct, and coordinate a range of proposal support activities, interacting with and supporting multiple team members within the organization to assist in the preparation of proposal response materials.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

• Manage and execute the proposal process in alignment with GMS, ensuring compliant, high quality submissions that clearly communicate Graham’s value.
• Coordinate proposal planning and schedules, including deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and adherence to deadlines.
• Analyze solicitation documents to identify requirements, create compliance/responsibility matrices, and guide the response team.
• Edit and standardize proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and a single professional voice.
• Support proposal operations and readiness, including document management, review facilitation, and business development/marketing support.

The Right Tools for the Job 

• Education - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing (college, technical school, or university)
• Experience - 2+ years of experience in a similar role, Construction industry experience is an asset (not required)
• Software Proficiency - in Adobe Creative Suite, Sharepoint and MS Office
