Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Construction Manager the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting effective project execution by managing schedules, documentation, cost controls, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This role is based on our Orica Carseland Project, on a 9 day - 80 hour rotation with 9 hour days (regular time) and 6 days on / 1 day off (with overtime) during Turn Around Events. This role includes travel allowance and LOA.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Support project execution by updating schedules, budgets, cost controls, and monitoring labour, material, and equipment activities
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, project plans, and documentation
  • Manage project documentation including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Track financial components such as change orders, cost accruals, payroll coding, and cost reporting systems
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through professional communication and consistent progress reporting

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 2+ years in a related industry
  • Software: Proficient with scheduling and project management software; strong MS Office Suite skills. Experience with Project Controls systems is an asset
