Graham is actively recruiting for a Lease Administrator supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Facilities Director the Lease Administrator plays a key role in supporting the administration and optimization of the corporate lease portfolio through effective lease coordination, stakeholder engagement, records management, and business decision support.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, overholds, relocations, expansions, and new lease transactions across a portfolio of 100+ corporate sites
- Maintain accurate lease records, critical dates, commercial terms, and portfolio reporting to support proactive lease management and compliance
- Prepare business cases and market analysis to support informed real estate decisions, including financial, operational, and risk considerations
- Facilitate lease negotiations and transaction workflows by coordinating with business units, landlords, brokers, Legal, Risk, and Finance stakeholders
- Monitor approvals, documentation, and key milestones to ensure lease agreements are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with business requirements
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Legal Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, lease administration, corporate real estate, contract administration, property management, or a related environment, with experience reviewing lease documents and coordinating transaction workflows
- Software & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using document management, property database, or lease management systems
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial lease terminology, critical dates, notice requirements, lease options, and basic financial concepts, with the ability to prepare business cases and support real estate decision-making.
- Certifications: Professional real estate, lease administration, or property management certifications are considered an asset
