Graham is actively recruiting for a Jr. FP&A Analyst supporting Corporate Services. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, the role plays a key role in leading moderately complex initiatives that span departments and support mid-sized systems or process changes.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Maintain budgets and forecasts by entering, updating, and ensuring accuracy of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in the enterprise planning system
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast with clear explanation of business drivers
- Prepare financial reports and materials for recurring, ad hoc, monthly, forecast, and budget review presentations
- Support business partnering by responding to financial questions and assisting stakeholders with financial data and processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reconciling financial information, maintaining consistency, and troubleshooting data or reporting issues
- Provide planning and reporting system support, translating planning discussions into accurate financial data within integrated financial systems
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience: 0–4 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, or FP&A (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Software & Technical Tools:

- Experience with integrated financial systems (EFM / ERP); SAP and Microsoft preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
- Exposure to Power Query and DAX (considered an asset)

- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation or in-progress
