Graham is actively recruiting for a Jr Materials Coordinator supporting the Corporate Services Division.
Reporting to Site Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with various departments such as reliability, engineering, operations, maintenance, supply management and the warehouse to ensure efficient flow of all materials.
This is a full time, fly in fly out position located at out CNRL Horizon Project Site, on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

Shipping, receiving, and material movement processing, including shipping releases, receiving reports, pick tickets, site transfers, and offsite receiving.

Materials documentation and traceability management, including creation of complete folder packs (MRRs, pick tickets) with MTRs, SDS, OSDs, photos, and offsite records.

Inventory control and data integrity, including querying inventory, maintaining naming conventions and commodity codes, preventing duplication, and performing inventory adjustments from cycle counts.

MTR analysis and materials compliance, including reviewing and documenting MTRs by heat number, PO, and WO to ensure materials meet specifications.
The Right Tools for the Job

Education: 2+ years’ of professional experience in material coordinating

Experience in logistics and materials coordination is required

Software: Intermediate computer skill with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
