We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Corporate Services team and support our construction operations by applying your expertise to various Corporate Services business initiatives. About the role
Reporting to the Director of IT Services, the successful candidate will provide project management for Information Technology projects and must have experience overseeing and coordinating activities related to Mergers and Acquisitions as it pertains to Information technology integrations. A minimum of 5 yrs experience with a proven track record of successful project completion, on time and on budget. This is a 6 month term position with the possibility of extension.
As an Information Technology Project Manager at Graham you will:
- Development of reasonable timelines and schedules to meet the project end state objectives as defined by stakeholders
- Creating a priority list for both information technology staff and coordination with other teams aligned to the project
- Great communication skills and the ability to speak to the broader team
- Provide weekly project updates including progress on priorities, risks or challenges and overall status
- Optimizing the workflow structure and providing guidance on planning and scheduling
- Ensuring all teams are following defined required procedures
Education, Experience and Knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong technical understanding
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective written and oral skills
- Risk management skill to identify strategies and security controls
