Summary
Reporting to the Manager IT Services, the IT Provisioning Coordinator is responsible for shipping, receiving, and imaging of PCs, and manages the return of hardware, testing and confirming the condition of equipment as it is returned. The incumbent is tasked with monitoring inventory levels and indicating reorder timing, order processing, and warehouse maintenance, as well as coordinating equipment tagging, tracking, pickup, cleaning, disposal, recycling, and donation.
This position is located in Calgary and requires full-time, on-site presence.
Essential Function
Execution
- Exercise basic knowledge, awareness, and application of the warehouse management processes and practices.
- Process and resolve provisioning-related incidents and requests according to published service levels or service guidelines.
- Provide regular and sometimes frequent status information based on customer inquiries.
- Identify process and workflow issues related to hardware provisioning.
Planning and Process
- Track inventory levels and reorder as required.
- Maintain standard imaging process and inventory management process.
- Follow standard asset tracking, order management, and inventory management processes, utilizing the designated enterprise systems.
- Maintain accurate records for asset tracking and warehouse materials inventory control.
Client Focus
- Handle customer questions, issues, and complaints maturely and calmly to ensure timely and positive outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to build rapport with customers.
- Identify issues that need to be prioritized on behalf of customers and escalate those issues to higher service levels if necessary.
- Strive to achieve a consistent status update routine for open hardware requests.

Education, Experience and Knowledge
- High school diploma and completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school; enrollment in or completion of a computer technical course is an asset.
- Knowledge of A+ and other IT (e.g. ITIL) or procurement-related (e.g. Certified Purchasing Professional or Supply Chain Management Professional) qualifications is an asset.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Experience with shipping and receiving.
- Experience with inventory and warehouse management.
- Strong commitment to safety standards.
- Experience with computer hardware imaging.
- Proficiency with SAP, ServiceNow, SCCM, and online shipping tools related to IT Provisioning
Working Conditions
- This role is primarily warehouse-based.
- The incumbent must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- The incumbent must be able to lift and move boxes of up to 30-40 lbs for shipping and receiving
