Graham is actively recruiting for a Disability Management Coordinator for the Corporate Services. Reporting to the Occupational Health Manager, the Disability Management Coordinator plays a key role in the promotion and coordination of the company’s Health and Wellness initiatives and the delivery of the Disability Management process.

 

The incumbent is responsible for data entry, record maintenance, initial intake, and administration of non-complex disability claims, including medical leaves, short-term disability, long-term disability, and WCB claims across Canada and the USA. This is a full-time role based out of the Calgary corporate office.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

 

    • Administer non‑complex disability claims (medical leaves, STD, LTD, WCB), including data entry, intake, and record maintenance.
    • Verify, submit, and follow up on claim documentation with insurers and gather additional information as required.
    • Support case management and return‑to‑work (RTW) programs, escalating complex cases to the Occupational Health Manager.
    • Coordinate and support health & wellness initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of programs.
    • Manage tracking, reporting, and KPI/metrics, including invoice processing and maintaining accurate documentation.

 

The Right Tools for the Job

    • Education: Post‑secondary diploma or certificate in a related field. LPN or Kinesiology designation is an asset.
    • Experience: 1-3 years of directly related experience.  An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Prior experience in Disability Management is an asset.
    • Software & Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to learn new software. Working knowledge of WCB legislation, OHS Act, Human Rights, and Ergonomics and Understanding of Disability Management practices.
    • Certifications (Good to have): CRTWC – Certified Return to Work Coordinator or CDMP – Certified Disability Management Professional.
