Graham is actively recruiting for a Business Analyst supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, the Business Analyst plays a key role in leading moderately complex initiatives that span departments and support mid-sized systems or process changes.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Lead endtoend business analysis by gathering requirements, mapping current/future states, and translating business needs into clear functional and technical documentation
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption, acting as the primary liaison between business teams and CI/EA/IT while supporting UAT, communications, and readiness activities
  • Plan and coordinate project delivery, including developing schedules, managing risks, tracking progress, and supporting issue resolution across teams or systems
  • Identify and implement process improvements by analyzing trends, enhancing standards and templates, and sharing learnings to strengthen organizational practices
  • Influence crossfunctional teams without authority, fostering accountability, clarifying roles, and guiding collaboration to achieve shared outcomes

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in business analysis or systems implementation. Experience managing midsized initiatives within PMO or structured environments
  • Software: Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP)
  • Certifications: PMI, IIBA, or equivalent certification is an asset
