Graham is actively recruiting for a Document Controller supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to Quality Manager, the Document Controller is responsible for receiving, managing, tracking, maintaining, and distributing documents to the project team (internal and external) as per Graham’s document distribution matrix using an EDMS (Electronic Database Management System).
This is 12-18 months maternity leave coverage for our Bonnyville Office and is a Monday to Friday schedule.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Receive, review, verify, and transmit project documents, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance
- Identify, track, and resolve document discrepancies based on task priority
- Manage documents within the EDMS, including metadata entry, revision control, and distribution tracking
- Maintain document control standards, including DDM updates, audits, reporting, and weekly project reports
- Collaborate and communicate with project teams, clients, and partners, including training users on EDMS usage
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Completion of a high school diploma
- Experience: 1–2 years of admin experience as a document controller
- Software: Experience with SharePoint, Ineight, Aconex, Procore, Access, metadata tracking, Bluebeam/Adobe, and MS Office Suite
