Graham is actively recruiting for an AI Solutions Director supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Vice President of Emerging Technologies the AI Solutions Director plays a key role in enabling secure, scalable, and compliant AI capabilities across the organization by building production‑grade AI solutions, establishing the enterprise AI delivery and governance model, and partnering with business leaders to translate high‑value use cases into measurable business outcomes.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Design, build, and operate secure, production-grade AI solutions, starting with an internal AI assistant and multi‑LLM gateway
- Establish and own the AI technical foundation, delivery approach, and operating model across the business
- Implement strong data security, governance, and compliance controls, including RBAC, least privilege, PII protection, and approved‑tool enforcement
- Deliver high‑value AI use cases in partnership with business stakeholders, with clear, measurable outcomes
- Act as a hands-on leader and player‑coach, evolving to recruit and lead a small, high‑impact AI engineering team
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree (Master’s) in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Engineering is considered an asset
- Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI. Proven track record delivering production-grade AI or LLM-enabled solutions end to end. Experience implementing enterprise security, governance, and compliance controls (RBAC, least privilege, PII protection)
- Software / Technical Skills: Strong API and service design skills within cloud-native environments, experience with LLMs, multi-provider AI integrations, and AI gateway or platform architectures. Experience working with approved enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and governance standards
- Certifications: Cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP), AI/ML or security-related certifications are an asset
