Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Senior Recruiter plays a strategic role in supporting Graham and its affiliated workforce partners by responding with urgency to critical construction talent needs. This role also focuses on proactively engaging and nurturing top-tier candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and relationship-driven recruitment practices.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
- Recruit for impactful roles with national reach: Drive the growth of our Ontario business unit while connecting Graham and its partners with top construction talent across Canada, gaining exposure to diverse teams and projects within Jardeg
- Lead process-driven hiring with advanced tech: Deliver seamless candidate experiences using proven recruitment processes and technology to support operational goals
- Collaborate with a high-performing team: Partner with experienced recruiters, HR Advisory, hiring managers, and business leaders to fulfill critical workforce needs
- Innovate sourcing and outreach: Expand candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, and targeted outreach, adapting strategies to evolving market and project needs
The Right Tools for the Job
- 5-10 years or more of recruitment experience with a degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven in-house recruitment expertise within a corporate environment, ideally supporting construction or related industries
- Strong process-driven approach to talent acquisition, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the recruitment cycle
- Hands-on experience with recruitment technology, especially SuccessFactors or similar applicant tracking systems
