Job Description:
About the Role
US Industrial Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a qualified Timekeeper to join our team at the Cenovus facility in Superior, WI. This position is responsible for providing routine transactional reporting and support across key operational processes on a global basis.
As a Timekeeper at Graham, you will:
- Process Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Order to Cash
- Procure to Pay
- Record to Report
- Process full cycle Payroll (bi-weekly/monthly/off-cycle payroll in both payroll and HR systems)
- Ensures all payroll related information requests are applied within a reasonable time frame
- Interprets and reviews reports to determine appropriate employee hours/pay for processing
- Reviews various garnishment notices to determine appropriate action
- Resolve all queries quickly and effectively
- Complete Fixed Asset Reporting
- Maintain employee personnel files
- May specialize in one of the department's computer functions related to payroll
- May perform some responsibilities related to timekeeping
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma + 2 yrs of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 2 years of payroll experience in a union environment1 year of administrative assistant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be willing to be onsite at Client location, when required
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident is required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in indoor and outdoor environments with uneven terrain
- Ability to work in variable environmental conditions include heat, dust, noise, and chemicals
- Ability to conduct field work and wearing associated personal protective equipment, including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses/googles, safety shoes/boots, hard hat, and hearing protection
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate $33.07
