Jardeg is recruiting Pipefitter Journeypersons to join the Integrated Constructors group at the Bonnyville Fab and Mod Yard. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 1 months in duration, on a 4/3 rotation, 10 Hours per day. 

  • LOA is $175/day
  • Travel allowance provided for those who are traveling from outside of the area.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Fab & Assembly- must be able to read and interpret Acorn & isometric drawing assembly 

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from foreperson or lead hand 

  • Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.

  • Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.

  • Set up fittings and pipes to be tacked, tacking experience required.

  • Hydrotesting experience required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Steamfitter/Pipefitter Journeyperson Ticket
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Construction Safety Training Systems 2020 Certification 
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
