Quinn Construction Ltd. has maintained a 20-year Collective Bargaining partnership with the Quinn Construction Ltd. Employee’s Association (QCLEA) in the province of Alberta for all Craft workers. QCL working closely with the QCLEA administers and maintains two ACTIVE Collective Agreements for Construction and Maintenance / Turnaround units registered with the ALRB.
