Jardeg Construction is looking for Scaffolder Journeypersons to join the esteemed team for a temporary full time position at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta. This position can go long term.
CNRL Wolf Lake is an In-Situ Thermal site, and you’ll enjoy a well-structured 4-days-on, 3-days-off rotation with 11-hour workdays, complete with three 15-minute breaks and 5% RRSP.
Local Scaffolders to the Bonnyville / Cold Lake area only.
As a Scaffolder your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design scaffolds to site requirements, material specifications and CSA standards

Fully competent with assembling, dismantling and modifying System (Layer/Ring Lock) and Tube & Clamp scaffolds

Safe work practices in the industrial environment with knowledge of Task Hazard Assessments
Qualifications:
-
Journeyperson Scaffolder certification or proof of Journeyperson level hours .

Proven experience as a Journeyperson Scaffolder, preferably in a heavy industrial or construction setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques used as a scaffolder.

Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently as required.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:

Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
-
CSTS 2020
-
Energy Safety Canada Certified H2s Alive
-
Energy Safety Canada Certified Confined Space Entry & Monitor
-
Energy Safety Canada Certified Fall Arrest and/or Fall Protection
-
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
