Jardeg Construction is lrecruiting for Scaffolder Apprentice to join the esteemed team at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta.

CNRL Wolf Lake is an In-Situ Thermal site, and you’ll enjoy a well-structured 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with 11-hour workdays, complete with three 15-minute breaks and 5% RRSP.

Local Scaffolders to the Bonnyville / Cold Lake area are strongly preferred.

As a Scaffolder at CNRL Wolf Lake, you will:

Practice safe and secure scaffold access without compromising on safety.
Communicate effectively with both staff and supervision to ensure expectations are met.
Design scaffolds to site requirements, material specifications and CSA standards.
Safe work practices in the industrial environment with knowledge of Task Hazard Assessments.
Fully competent with assembling, dismantling and modifying System (Layer/Ring Lock) and Tube & Clamp scaffolds.
Knowledge of isometric drawings an asset.
Supporting colleagues and participating in skills transfer.
Prioritizing daily workload with managing materials efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently as required.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders.
