Schedule: Monday to Friday - overtime as per site needs

We are currently recruiting for Pipelayers to join the team at one of our Infrastructure projects in Coquitlam, BC!

Responsibilities:

• Assists with the installation of water, storm, and sanitary pipe
• Covers pipes with gravel or fill material
• Cut pipes to needed lengths and connect pipe pieces with seal joints
• Assists with backfilling, leveling, and compaction of trenches
• Laying pipes in trenches
• Follow pipe routes as per layout
• Review work area for damages
• Assist with other duties as required

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Experience with Pipelaying is required (experience with water, storm, and sanitation)
• Safety Certifications: CSTS/ WHMIS
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly 

• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, walk on uneven ground
• Capable of learning through on the job training
• Reliable transportation
• Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada
