Jardeg is currently recruiting for a Carpenter to join the team at the Moose Jaw School project! 

Responsibilities:

• Be able to comprehend blueprint readings and prepare layouts
• Understand industrial concrete forming, be able to build concrete forms, and other structures
• Complete rough and finishing carpentry tasks, while utilizing appropriate math skills
• Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb and the right size, shape and location
• Organization and site clean up as per site HSE standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Journeyperson OR an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education
• CSTS Certification & WHMIS 2015
• Fall Protection and Confined Space is an asset
• Light equipment operating experience an asset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Describe and point out safety compliance and regulatory issues
